We ship to Nova Post branches or parcel lockers across Ukraine.
We dispatch orders every day. Orders placed before 16:00 Kyiv time ship the same day; later orders ship the following day.
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and can track the parcel on the Nova Post website or in the app.
Carrier rates
Orders can be collected from our warehouse at 4 Kobzarya Boulevard, Dnipro.
Warehouse pickup is available every day from 10:00 to 18:00.
Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm that a staff member will be at the warehouse and prepare your order.
