Since the kimono is made of 100%, it should be washed on the hand/delicate setting in the washing machine (temperature up to 30 degrees, spins 400-600).

After two or three washes, the fabric stops shedding, while the fabric does not lose color (for blue kimonos)

After washing, shake the kimono and dry it on a clothesline, no ironing is necessary.

If you follow these recommendations, the fabric will shrink up to 3 cm.
